By creating a Gidigigs account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gidigigs is a marketplace that connects customers who need local tasks done with independent helpers who perform those tasks. Gidigigs is not an employer of helpers; helpers are independent contractors.
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Nigeria to use the Service.
Payments are processed via Paystack. Funds are held in escrow after a booking is confirmed and released to the helper only after the customer confirms task completion or after a dispute is resolved. Gidigigs charges a platform fee disclosed at checkout.
Customers may raise a dispute within 24 hours of a task being marked complete. Gidigigs will review evidence from both parties and make a final determination within 3 business days.
You must not use the Service to engage in illegal activity, harass other users, create fake accounts, or circumvent our payment system by transacting off-platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Gidigigs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
